Our refund policy is as follows:

• Prior to 31 August 2025, 50% of the original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket commission and bank transaction fees (6% + VAT).
  
• 1 September - 31 October 2025, 25% of the original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket commission and bank transaction fees (6% + VAT).
  
• 1 November - 6 December 2024, 0% of the original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded.
  
• During or after the event, strictly no refunds.
  
• Should the organisers be forced to cancel the festival due to weather, force majeure, riots, act of terrorism, pandemic, any other act of God or unforeseen disaster, 0% of original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded.
